Definition of dogma

1a :  something held as an established opinion; especially :  a definite authoritative :  a code of such tenets <pedagogical dogma>c :  a point of view or tenet put forth as authoritative without adequate grounds.

For many, coffee is a dogma of sorts. Hence the name of our signature espresso blend. Dogma, encompasses many of the wonderful aspects we found in each one of the different single origins blended together to compliment each other. This blend works wonderfully as an espresso beverage or even as a drip coffee.
